Our standard method of shipping within the United States is UPS Ground. Delivery can take between one (1) to five (5) days, depending upon the location. Other available options are shown below [a physical address is required for UPS services; UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box number]:

UPS – 3 Day Select

UPS – 2^nd Day Air

UPS – Next Day Saver (by end of day)

UPS – Next Day (by noon)

U.S. Postal Service – Priority Mail (about 2-5 business days)

U.S. Postal Service – Express Mail (about 1-2 business days)

* The weight, size and dimensions of your package.
* Your delivery location.

When placing an order from our website, the costs of shipping & handling charges will be shown beside each shipping method option as you enter your order, so you can choose which option you prefer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars by a credit card.

We cannot provide exact delivery times for international shipments as delivery times vary depending upon the shipping service used, the country being shipped to, and possible delays with regards to your order clearing Customs.

We normally ship internationally using the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail International.

Please be aware that not all of the following shipping services may be available in your specific country, even if you choose an option on your web order. If the chosen shipping option is not available in your country, we may need to revise the shipping method and choose the closest service that will be available to get your order sent promptly and efficiently to you.

To ensure proper delivery, a physical delivery address and a daytime telephone number is required for all international shipments.

INTERNATIONAL - DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS OR OTHER FEES: The shipping & handling fees we charge are for transport of your order to a foreign country only. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S.A. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The Recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. The Recipient is responsible for paying all additional fees for customs clearance.
